Booking, Payments & Refunds Policy

1. Self-Service Flight Search

ANC Flights provides a flight-search experience through third-party technology. Searching for flights on our website does not, by itself, create a ticket reservation or guarantee a fare.

When you select a flight, you may be redirected to an airline, travel agency, or another booking provider to complete the transaction. That provider's booking terms, payment policies, ticket conditions, and cancellation rules apply to the purchase.

ANC Flights does not charge a separate ANC Flights service fee for ordinary self-service flight searches or bookings made through the flight-search widget, unless a fee is expressly disclosed before you agree to purchase a separate service.

2. Ticket Changes and Cancellations

For tickets purchased through an external booking provider, contact the provider identified in your booking confirmation or payment records to request a cancellation, refund, rebooking, or correction.

The airline or ticket agent responsible for your booking will determine the applicable process, subject to its contractual terms and applicable law.

ANC Flights cannot guarantee that a third-party provider will approve a change, issue a refund, waive a fee, or respond within a particular timeframe.

If you are uncertain which provider accepted your booking, you may email support@ancflights.com for general guidance. Please do not send full payment card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.

3. Airline Changes and Disruptions

Airlines may change schedules, cancel flights, alter aircraft, or make other operational changes.

If your itinerary changes or your flight is disrupted, follow the instructions issued by your airline or ticketing provider. Refund eligibility and available alternatives depend on the circumstances, applicable law, and the terms of the actual booking.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or consumer protection right that applicable law requires.

4. Private Aviation Requests

ANC Flights may offer a private aviation request service for a disclosed fee of $250.

The fee is for the specifically described request and assistance service, not payment for an aircraft charter or a guaranteed flight.

The fee is nonrefundable once the request service has been purchased, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms disclosed before payment. Any legally required refund, or refund required because ANC Flights fails to provide the agreed service, will be handled as applicable law requires.

Submitting a request does not guarantee aircraft availability, a quotation, operator acceptance, or a confirmed charter. Charter arrangements are subject to separate terms and confirmation by the actual provider.

5. Custom Hotel and Transportation Planning

ANC Flights may offer a limited custom hotel and transportation planning service for a disclosed fee of $150.

The fee covers the scope of planning assistance described before purchase. It does not automatically include hotel, ground transportation, airfare, taxes, deposits, or other third-party charges.

The fee is nonrefundable once the service has been purchased, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms disclosed before payment. Legally required refunds and refunds required when ANC Flights fails to provide the agreed service will be handled as applicable law requires.

Third-party reservations remain subject to the relevant provider's terms and conditions.

6. Payment Authorization and Confirmation

Before purchasing a separately priced ANC Flights service, review the price, service description, and applicable cancellation or refund conditions.

A payment receipt alone does not establish that a flight, charter, hotel, or transportation reservation has been confirmed. Confirmation must come from the provider responsible for that reservation.

If a payment is processed through an external booking provider, its payment and refund procedures apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.

7. Refund Requests for ANC Flights Services

To request a review of a payment made directly to ANC Flights, email support@ancflights.com or submit the Contact Us form.

Include your order reference, the service purchased, the payment date, and a brief explanation. Do not include full payment card numbers or security codes.

We will review requests in accordance with the service terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law. Sending a request does not guarantee approval.
