When you select a flight, you may be redirected to another website to complete your purchase. Your ticket purchase is governed by the terms, conditions, privacy policy, payment rules, and cancellation policies of the provider accepting your booking.

You are responsible for reviewing those terms before purchasing.

ANC Flights does not guarantee that any displayed fare, itinerary, seat, or booking option will remain available until you complete the transaction.

4. Prices, Schedules, and Travel Information

Prices and availability may change without notice before a booking is confirmed. Additional charges may apply for baggage, seat selection, payment methods, changes, cancellations, or other services.

Please verify the complete itinerary, passenger names, travel dates, airport details, baggage allowance, fare restrictions, transit requirements, and final price before completing a purchase.

ANC Flights is not responsible for errors, omissions, schedule changes, or inaccurate information supplied by third parties, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate passenger and contact information, ensuring that your travel documents are valid, checking visa and entry requirements, and complying with applicable airline and government requirements.

You should verify passport validity, visa requirements, transit permissions, baggage restrictions, and other requirements with the relevant airline and official government sources before travel.

6. Separate Services Offered by ANC Flights

ANC Flights may offer separately priced services, including private aviation request assistance and limited custom hotel and transportation planning.

Any such service will be subject to its separately disclosed scope, price, payment terms, and cancellation or refund conditions. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability, acceptance, a confirmed reservation, or a completed booking.

Private aircraft operations and charter arrangements, when applicable, are subject to the agreements and requirements of the actual operator or service provider.

7. Payments and Refunds

Payments made to an airline, booking agency, or other external provider are governed by that provider's applicable policies and legal obligations.

Fees charged directly by ANC Flights for its own services are separate from airline ticket prices and third-party booking charges. Refund eligibility for ANC Flights' fees is governed by the applicable service terms and our Booking, Payments & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes a refund or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Intellectual Property and Website Use

Website text, branding, graphics, and other original content are owned by ANC Flights or used with permission, unless otherwise identified.

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reproduce protected content without permission, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

Third-party trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
